You’ll often hear diet gurus preach outdated science that supports eating many smaller meals per day. This myth has been dispelled, and thank goodness for it. Take it from me, trying to bend your day around 6 tiny meals per day is a pain in the butt. What matters most is the total amount of calories you’re getting per day – not when you’re getting those calories. Whether that’s 2, 3, 4, 5 meals a day, it doesn’t really matter. Do yourself a favor and do what’s easiest for you.
