FAT LOSS DIET By @JMAXFITNESS . Whats the number one thing people do when they want to start losing weight? . They cut out carbs. . Thats it. . Do they start to lose weight? Sure they do. BUT its mostly water weight and muscle glycogen. What they dont realise is it was the fact they were having less calories that made them lose that weight. You dont need to get rid of carbs to lose weight. . The truth is that to lose fat you just have to be in a calorie deficit. This just means you have to eat less calories than your body burns in a day. To make sure that you can lose fat consistently over a long time I recommend multiplying your bodyweight (in lbs) by 10-12. So if youre a 200lb man eat between 2000 & 2400 calories per day. . Now that you know how many calories to eat the next thing is to have about 40% of those calories coming from protein. The other 60% can be mixture of fats and carbohydrates. Want to eat a high carb diet? GO for it! Want to eat a keto diet? GO for it.IF you can consistently stick to it. Bottom line. To lose fat you need to keep protein high and most importantly be in a calorie deficit. Low Carb High Carb; it doesnt matter. Calories and protein are all you need to worry about .
